Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024, Cirebon menjadi saksi pelaksanaan kegiatan Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) untuk paket pekerjaan OPLL ABG dan OPLL BMH Penyediaan Jasa Engineering Service di Fungsi Proyek Zona 7 Pertamina EP. Kegiatan ini, yang berlangsung selama 1 hari di Ruang Meeting PEP Zona 7, menandai langkah awal yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan proyek tersebut. Kehadiran tim Pertamina EP Zona 7 dan konsorsium RE-SENA menjadi poin sentral dalam suksesnya pertemuan ini. Dari tim Pertamina EP Zona 7, hadir Bapak Suprayitno sebagai Senior Engineer dan PIC OPLL ABG, Bapak Handoyo Ogy sebagai Senior Engineer dan PIC OPLL BMH, serta tim Engineering. Sementara dari konsorsium RE-SENA, kehadiran Bapak Gunawan Eko sebagai Project Manager (PM), tim Engineering dari PT Rekayasa Engineering (PTRE), Bapak Pramudibyo sebagai Koordinator SENA, dan Tim Engineering dari SENA menandakan komitmen penuh untuk suksesnya proyek ini. Kick-Off Meeting dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk merumuskan perencanaan eksekusi paket pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan basic design engineering, menjaga faktor keamanan (safety), optimal secara biaya, dan tetap berada dalam jadwal yang telah direncanakan. Agenda pertemuan mencakup berbagai aspek penting termasuk strategi pelaksanaan dan kesiapan dari konsorsium RE-SENA dalam menjalankan proyek tersebut. Dalam suasana yang penuh semangat, Kick-Off Meeting menyajikan platform untuk menghasilkan output yang akan menjadi dasar kuat bagi setiap langkah proyek. Pembahasan mendalam mencakup aspek-aspek teknis, perencanaan eksekusi, hingga strategi yang akan diimplementasikan. Kesiapan tim Pertamina EP Zona 7 dan konsorsium RE-SENA terlihat jelas melalui penyampaian rencana yang matang dan komprehensif. Sebagai kelanjutan dari Kick-Off Meeting, tim proyek melanjutkan dengan agenda site survey yang dijadwalkan pada tanggal 16 hingga 19 Januari 2024. Tahap ini memberikan kesempatan bagi tim untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai lokasi proyek, kondisi lapangan, dan faktor-faktor lingkungan lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi perencanaan dan eksekusi proyek.
Harapannya, output dari Kick-Off Meeting dan hasil dari site survey ini akan menjadi landasan yang kokoh untuk seluruh rangkaian eksekusi CTR (Contract of Work) ini. Semua pihak yang terlibat berharap agar setiap agenda, baik yang sudah direncanakan maupun yang akan datang, dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan menghasilkan pencapaian terbaik bagi proyek ini. Keberhasilan proyek ini akan menjadi cerminan nyata dari kerja sama antara Pertamina EP Zona 7 dan konsorsium RE-SENA dalam mendukung pembangunan sektor energi di Indonesia.

On January 15, 2024, Cirebon witnessed the implementation of the Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) activities for the OPLL ABG and OPLL BMH Engineering Service Provider Packages in the Project Function Zone 7 of Pertamina EP. This one-day event held in the Meeting Room of PEP Zone 7 marked a crucial initial step in the project’s development. The presence of the Pertamina EP Zone 7 team and the RE-SENA consortium was a key point in the success of this meeting. From the Pertamina EP Zone 7 team, Mr. Suprayitno as Senior Engineer and PIC OPLL ABG, Mr. Handoyo Ogy as Senior Engineer and PIC OPLL BMH, as well as the Engineering team were present during the Kick-Off Meeting. Meanwhile, from the RE-SENA consortium, the presence of Mr. Gunawan Eko as Project Manager (PM), the Engineering team from PT Rekayasa Engineering (PTRE), Mr. Pramudibyo as SENA Coordinator, and the Engineering Team from SENA indicates a full commitment to the success of this project.
The Kick-Off Meeting was held with the primary goal of formulating an execution plan for the work packages in accordance with basic design engineering, ensuring safety factors, cost optimization, and adhering to the planned schedule. The meeting agenda covered various important aspects including implementation strategies and the readiness of the RE-SENA consortium to execute the project. In an enthusiastic atmosphere, the Kick-Off Meeting provided a platform to produce outputs that would serve as a strong foundation for every step of the project. In-depth discussion executed which includes technical aspects, execution planning, and strategies to be implemented. The readiness of the Pertamina EP Zone 7 team and the RE-SENA consortium is visible through the delivery of a mature and comprehensive plan. Following the Kick-Off Meeting, the project team proceeded with the scheduled site survey agenda from January 16 to 19, 2024. This phase provided an opportunity for the team to gain a deeper understanding of the project location, field conditions, and other environmental factors that could affect project planning and execution.
It is expected that the output of the Kick-Off Meeting and the results of this site survey will form a solid foundation for the entire execution of this Contract of Work (CTR). All parties involved hope that every agenda, both planned and forthcoming, will proceed smoothly and yield the best results for this project. The success of this project will be a true reflection of the collaboration between Pertamina EP Zone 7 and the RE-SENA consortium in supporting the development of the energy sector in Indonesia.
