Pada tanggal 02 Januari 2024, Bertempat di Ruang Tiga Negri di Gd. Graha RE 2 Workshop proyek penyediaan jasa engineering service di Fungsi Proyek Zona 7 Pertamina EP dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini, yang dilakukan secara offline, bertujuan untuk menyusun Deliverable List yang optimal untuk paket pekerjaan OPLL ABG dan BHM. Workshop ini dihadiri oleh para stakeholder mayoritas, termasuk SENA sebagai konsorsium yang turut serta dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi proyek ini. Kehadiran Bapak Sudi Wahana dari PT Rekayasa Engineering selaku Vice President Project Management Division (VP PMD) turut memberikan kehadiran yang strategis. Adapun Bapak Gunawan Eko selaku Project Manager (PM), serta para Manajer dari berbagai disiplin engineering juga turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk memastikan Deliverable List yang disusun sejalan dengan prinsip dasar desain engineering dan perencanaan eksekusi proyek yang optimal secara biaya dan waktu. Keselarasan ini menjadi kunci untuk memastikan keberhasilan setiap tahap proyek. Partisipasi SENA sebagai konsorsium menambah dimensi kolaboratif dalam pelaksanaan proyek ini. Diskusi yang intens dan fokus memberikan pondasi kuat untuk langkah selanjutnya dalam eksekusi proyek. Kehadiran Bapak Sudi Wahana dan Bapak Gunawan Eko dari PTRE memperkuat komitmen terhadap kesinambungan dan kualitas proyek. Dengan diadakannya Workshop ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh Deliverable List yang tidak hanya memenuhi standart basic design engineering tetapi juga merencanakan eksekusi proyek secara optimal, baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu. Keterlibatan semua pihak, termasuk manajer dari berbagai disiplin engineering, menjamin sudut pandang yang komprehensif dalam menyusun rencana yang terarah. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan Workshop proyek penyediaan jasa engineering service di Fungsi Proyek Zona 7 diharapkan dapat memudahkan semua agenda dalam rangkaian eksekusi proyek ini.
Keberhasilan tahap awal dalam menyusun Deliverable List menjadi fondasi kokoh untuk melangkah ke tahap-tahap berikutnya. Dan Dengan dukungan penuh dari para stakeholder, diharapkan menjadi tonggak penting dalam mewujudkan proyek-proyek berkelanjutan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan workshop ini pula diharapkan PTRE akan menjadi panutan dalam penyediaan jasa engineering service. Kesinambungan, efisiensi biaya, dan kesuksesan waktu menjadi landasan yang kuat untuk membentuk masa depan energi yang berkelanjutan di Zona 7.

On January 02, 2024, Located in the Tiga Negri Room at Gd. Graha RE 2, a project workshop on the provision of engineering services in Pertamina EP’s Zone 7 Project Function was held. This activity, which was conducted offline, aimed to develop an optimal Deliverable List for the OPLL ABG and BHM work packages. The workshop was attended by the majority of stakeholders, including SENA as the consortium participating in the execution of this project. The presence of Mr. Sudi Wahana from PT Rekayasa Engineering as Vice President Project Management Division (VP PMD) also provided a strategic presence. Mr. Gunawan Eko as Project Manager (PM), as well as Managers from various engineering disciplines also attended this activity. This workshop aims to ensure that the Deliverable List compiled is in line with the basic principles of engineering design and optimal project execution planning in terms of cost and time. This alignment is key to ensuring the success of each stage of the project. SENA’s participation as a consortium added a collaborative dimension to the project implementation. The intense and focused discussions provided a strong foundation for the next steps in project execution. The presence of Mr. Sudi Wahana and Mr. Gunawan Eko from PTRE reinforced the commitment to project sustainability and quality. With this workshop, it is expected that a Deliverable List can be obtained that not only meets the basic design engineering standards but also plans for optimal project execution, both in terms of cost and time. The involvement of all parties, including managers from various engineering disciplines, ensures a comprehensive point of view in developing a targeted plan. By holding a project workshop on the provision of engineering services in the Zone 7 Project Function, it is hoped that it will facilitate all agendas in this project execution series.
The success of the initial stage in compiling the Deliverable List is a solid foundation for moving to the next stages. Moreover, with the full support of stakeholders, it is expected to be an important milestone in realizing sustainable projects that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Through this workshop activity, it is also expected that PTRE will become a role model in the provision of engineering services. Sustainability, cost efficiency, and time success will be a strong foundation to shape a sustainable energy future in Zone 7.
