Pada tanggal 03 dan 04 Januari 2024, Pelaksanaan Workshop finalisasi Deliverable List untuk paket pekerjaan OPLL ABG dan OPLL BHM Penyediaan Jasa Engineering Service. Kegiatan ini, yang berlangsung selama dua hari, menjadi langkah krusial dalam menyusun rencana terakhir sebelum memasuki tahap eksekusi proyek. Workshop ini diselenggarakan secara hybrid, menggabungkan pertemuan offline dan online. Pada tanggal 03 Januari 2024, pertemuan offline berlangsung di Ruang Meeting Sekarjagad, Gd Graha RE 1, dihadiri oleh tim Pertamina EP Zona 7, termasuk Bapak Suprayitno (Senior Engineer/PIC OPLL ABG), Bapak Handoyo Ogy (Senior Engineer/PIC OPLL BHM), serta tim Engineering. Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 04 Januari 2024, workshop dilanjutkan secara online untuk memastikan keterlibatan yang optimal. Partisipasi tim PEP Zona 7, bersama dengan konsorsium RE-SENA, memberikan dimensi kolaboratif yang kuat dalam menyatukan perspektif dan pengetahuan untuk mencapai keselarasan yang tinggi. Bapak Gunawan Eko, Project Manager dari RE, bersama dengan tim Engineering RE, dan Bapak Pramudibyo (Koordinator SENA) bersama Tim Engineering dari SENA, turut aktif dalam diskusi strategis ini. Ruang Meeting Sekarjagad, Gd Graha RE 1, menjadi tempat bersejarah di mana kesimpulan terakhir untuk Deliverable List dihasilkan. Workshop ini tidak hanya menetapkan langkah terakhir dalam menyusun Deliverable List yang sejalan dengan basic design engineering, tetapi juga menjadi platform di mana konsorsium RE-SENA menyampaikan kesiapannya untuk mengeksekusi proyek ini. Dengan fokus pada optimalisasi biaya dan waktu, kesiapan ini menjadi pondasi yang kuat untuk menggarap proyek dengan efisiensi maksimal. Dengan diadakannya Workshop finalisasi ini, harapannya adalah dapat diperoleh Deliverable List yang tidak hanya mencerminkan standart basic design engineering tetapi juga merinci perencanaan eksekusi proyek secara optimal.
Semangat kolaboratif yang melibatkan semua pihak, termasuk konsorsium RE-SENA, menjadi pendorong utama untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek ini. Semoga kelancaran dan keberhasilan menyertai setiap agenda dalam rangkaian eksekusi CTR ini. Dengan kerja sama yang baik dan kesiapan yang telah disampaikan, diharapkan proyek ini dapat menjadi contoh terbaik dalam penyediaan jasa engineering service di Zona 7, serta dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi proyek dan lingkungan sekitar.

On January 03 and 04, 2024, the Deliverable List finalization workshop was held for the OPLL ABG and OPLL BHM Engineering Service Provision work packages. This activity, which lasted for two days, was a crucial step in developing the final plan before entering the project execution stage. The workshop was organized in a hybrid manner, combining offline and online meetings. On January 03, 2024, an offline meeting took place at Sekarjagad Meeting Room, Gd Graha RE 1, attended by Pertamina EP Zone 7 team, including Mr. Suprayitno (Senior Engineer/PIC OPLL ABG), Mr. Handoyo Ogy (Senior Engineer/PIC OPLL BHM), and the Engineering team. Subsequently, on January 04, 2024, the workshop continued online to ensure optimal engagement from the parties. The participation of the PEP Zone 7 team, together with the RE-SENA consortium, provided a strong collaborative dimension in bringing together perspectives and knowledge to achieve high alignment. Mr. Gunawan Eko, Project Manager from RE, together with the RE Engineering team, and Mr. Pramudibyo (SENA Coordinator) together with the Engineering Team from SENA, actively participated in this strategic discussion. The Sekarjagad Meeting Room, Gd Graha RE 1, became the historic place where the final conclusions for the Deliverable List were produced. This workshop not only established the final step in compiling the Deliverable List in line with the basic design engineering, but also became the platform where the RE-SENA consortium expressed its readiness to execute this project. With a focus on cost and time optimization, this readiness is a strong foundation to work on the project with maximum efficiency. By holding this finalization workshop, the hope is that a Deliverable List can be obtained that not only reflects the basic design engineering standards but also details the optimal project execution planning.
The collaborative spirit involving all parties, including the RE-SENA consortium, serves as the primary driving force to achieve the success of this project. May smoothness and success accompany every agenda in the execution series of this CTR (Contract of Work). With good cooperation and readiness conveyed, it is hoped that this project can serve as the best example in providing engineering services in Zone 7, and can have a positive impact on the project and the surrounding environment
