Jakarta, 21 Desember 2023, Telah berlangsung kegiatan Design Review Meeting (DRM) proyek Pengkinian Rokan Technical Standard Incountry Engineering Services yang bertempat di ruang Tiga Negeri Gd. Graha RE 2, kantor PT Rekayasa Engineering. Design Review Meeting ini menjadi wadah kolaborasi yang intensif antara tim PHR (Pertamina Hulu Rokan) dan tim PTRE (PT Rekayasa Engineering), di mana perwakilan dari PTRE yang dipimpin oleh Bapak Gede Satoto (Project Manager), Bapak Setyo Waluyo (Project Engineering), dan Lead Engineer dari berbagai disiplin Engineering. Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama 3 hari (18-20 Desember 2023) ini merupakan langkah krusial dalam menciptakan hasil yang terbaik, Melalui kesigapan dan sinergi dari kedua tim, hasil output yang diperoleh dari DRM ini adalah technical standard yang telah diperbarui dan disesuaikan sepenuhnya dengan standar internasional dan nasional yang berlaku.
Hal ini memberikan kejelasan dan jaminan bahwa proyek ini tidak hanya memenuhi ekspektasi internal perusahaan, tetapi juga memenuhi standar global. Bapak Gede Satoto selaku Project Manager dari tim PTRE, menyampaikan, “Sangat memuaskan melihat kolaborasi yang baik antara tim PHR dan tim PTRE selama DRM ini. Kami yakin bahwa technical standard yang telah kami susun akan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menjaga kualitas proyek secara keseluruhan.” Adapun peran Lead Engineer dari berbagai disiplin Engineering turut menjadi kunci dalam meraih kesuksesan DRM. Keahlian mereka dalam memimpin timnya masing-masing membantu memastikan bahwa setiap aspek teknis proyek diperhatikan dan dipertimbangkan secara menyeluruh. Bapak Setyo Waluyo (PE) dari tim PTRE, menambahkan, “Lead Engineer memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengarahkan timnya menuju pencapaian target DRM. Kerjasama yang baik antar disiplin teknik menjadi fondasi kesuksesan kami”. Meskipun DRM kali ini telah mencapai kesuksesan yang signifikan, tim proyek masih memiliki beberapa tugas terakhir untuk menyelesaikan punch list dari dokumen hasil DRM. Proses ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan akurat agar proyek ini dapat ditutup dengan sempurna pada akhir Desember 2023. Kesuksesan Design Review Meeting (DRM) ini bukan hanya pencapaian teknis, tetapi juga mencerminkan semangat kolaboratif dan komitmen tim PHR dan RE dalam memberikan hasil terbaik untuk kualitas dan standar proyek. Keberhasilan ini menjadi landasan yang kuat untuk proyek-proyek masa depan, dimana pengalaman dan pembelajaran dari DRM ini dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan.

This Design Review Meeting was a forum for intensive collaboration between the PHR (Pertamina Hulu Rokan) team and the PTRE (PT Rekayasa Engineering) team, where representatives from PTRE were led by Mr. Gede Satoto (Project Manager), Mr. Setyo Waluyo (Project Engineering), and Lead Engineers from various Engineering disciplines. Their expertise in leading their respective teams helps ensure that every technical aspect of the project is thoroughly considered. Mr. Setyo Waluyo (PE) from the PTRE team, added, “Lead Engineer has a very important role in directing his team towards achieving DRM targets. Good collaboration between engineering disciplines is the foundation of our success.” Even though DRM this time has achieved significant success, the project team still has some final tasks to complete the punch list of DRM output documents. It is expected that this process can be completed quickly and accurately so that this project can be completed at the end of December 2023. The success of this Design Review Meeting (DRM) is not only a technical achievement, but also reflects the collaborative spirit and commitment of the PHR and RE teams in providing the best results for project quality and standards. This success provides a strong foundation for future projects, where the experience and learning from DRM can be applied on an ongoing basis.
